• 4-hour Private Birth Prep Session – Learn what to expect in labour, explore comfort techniques, and create a birth plan that reflects your wishes.
• 2-hour “Bringing Baby Home” Session – Prepare for the postpartum period with guidance on healing, rest, feeding, and managing the mental and emotional transition.

Private Infant Sleep Sessions:

• Part 1: Safe and Simple Sleep for Newborns 0-4 months (1 hour)
• Part 2: Safe and Simple Sleep Next Steps 4-18 months (1 hour)

• 24/7 On-call access leading up to your birth
