Preparing for birth is more than just choosing a hospital — it's about feeling informed, confident, and supported every step of the way. Our Birth Plan & Support Package combines expert planning with continuous support through your labour and into the early postpartum period.

What’s Included:
Two Prenatal Sessions
We meet with you to:
- Explore your birth preferences, fears, and goals
- Help you create a personalized, easy-to-read birth plan
- Learn comfort measures, labour positions, and partner support techniques
- Discuss postpartum recovery, infant feeding, and what to expect in the early weeks
- On-call at 37 weeks
Labour Support
- Continuous in-person support during active labour and birth
- Emotional reassurance, physical comfort techniques, and advocacy
- Guidance for your partner so they feel confident and supported too
Postpartum Visit
- One in-home or virtual visit within the first two weeks postpartum
- Check-in on recovery, feeding, sleep, and mental health
- Tips, reassurance, and referrals if needed
